GERALD P. SCALLION - Owner/Founder

Gerry will prepare fifty different forms for you, your family and your business.  If there is a form that you need that is not on our website, please contact us and Gerry will be glad to find it for you.  

Gerry earned his J.D. Degree from New England Law, Boston in1982.   Mr. Scallion believed that in starting his own law practice he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.  In 1984  Mr. Scallion founded Law Offices of Gerald P. Scallion.  Since then Mr. Scallion has represented numerous high-profile clients in State and Federal Courts. That  experience has allowed Mr. Scallion to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.  He is recognized as an effective and experienced litigator. 

In addition to his legal training and experience in law practice Gerry comes educated in the area of accounting and he has an additional law degree from Canada.  He was also a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1978 to 2002.  Gerry worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers for five years. 

Gerry is active in a number of professional and civic organizations including Rotary International, The Knights of Columbus and The Florida Bar.  He treats every client with respect and integrity.  Gerry has authored numerous articles on contracts, probate, estate planning and taxation.
